Webinar “All you need to know on D&E under Horizon Europe”, 9 June 2021; 9:30 CEST

Are you planning to apply for a Horizon Europe call? Don’t forget to prepare your Dissemination & Exploitation (D&E) section under the impact! In order to help you, the Commission is organising a webinar on D&E novelties under Horizon Europe on 9 June from 9:30 to 12:30 (CEST - Brussels time). In this session we will present the new rules on D&E, explain what you need to cover in your proposal. Still unclear about what the difference is between communication, dissemination and exploitation? Don’t worry, we will also clarify those concepts for you. We will also address the issue of Intellectual Property (IP) management in collaborative Horizon Europe projects and introduce the Horizon Results Platform and the Horizon Results Booster, two EC services to support you in your D&E activities and give more visibility to your research results. After this session you will be ready to embark for a successful D&E journey! There is no pre-registration required for this Webinar. Webinar on avoiding errors in personnel cost accounting in Horizon 2020 grants, 15 June 2021, 10:00 CEST

On 15 June 2021 from 10:00 to 12:00 (CEST, Brussels time) the Commission is organising a webinar on the rules for reporting costs in grants under Horizon 2020. Financial errors, when detected in ex-post audits, might lead to unnecessary administrative efforts and recoveries of part of the funds. Earlier ex-post audits show that the declarations of personnel costs are particularly prone to error. In this session we go through the most common errors on personnel costs and other cost items and learn how to avoid them. A good part of the webinar will be dedicated to answering questions. There is no pre-registration required for this webinar. All necessary information for participation is available in the event page.

Webinar addressed to providers of Certificates on Financial Statements in Horizon 2020 grants

A recorded webinar about Certificates on Financial Statements (CFS) for Horizon 2020 grants is now available on the Funding & Tenders Portal. The purpose of the webinar is to provide information and clarifications to potential providers of CFS on the modalities of Horizon 2020 rules.
