en el marco dela alianza de UNiversidades PIONEER recientemente aprobada, nos llega esta oferta de participacion en proyecto Erasmus+, Capacity Building in Higher Education, que liderará la Universidad de Colonia TH Köln. Dear Colleagues,
the Faculty of Spatial Development and Infrastructure Systems at TH Köln plans to submit an application to the Erasmus+ program “Capacity Building Higher Education” at the beginning of 2025. The target region is Asia.
The faculty is seeking European partners for this initiative.
Brief summary
The project is primarily concerned with the UN SDGs 6, 11 and 13, while also aligning with the EU's “Green Deal” and “Digital Transformation” (Twin Transition) initiatives.
Objectives include:
- promotion of blue-green infrastructure and nature-based solutions as means of overcoming urban development challenges
- facilitate technology transfer between the project partners
- encourage social and societal innovation
- establish connections with relevant stakeholders in the region
- enhance the capacity of the partner universities to engage in transformative scientific inquiry, with a particular emphasis on the quality of university teaching
